Position Overview:
As a Junior RF Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our RF repair team, assisting with the repair and maintenance of RF equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in the RF technology field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of RF systems.
• Conduct tests and measurements to ensure the integrity of RF equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve RF designs.
• Help in the documentation of technical specifications, procedures, and reports.
• Provide on-site support for electrical test equipment and perform routine maintenance.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with the willingness and ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to generate and maintain data records.
• Strong capabilities in the use of Excel and Word.
• Work history indicating robust and stable work ethic and commitment to the employer.
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
• Previous internship or coursework related to RF technology.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and system theory.
• Experience in diagnosing analog circuit faults at the component level.
• Outstanding quality work skills in circuit board soldering and rework.
• Experience using a wide range of electronic test equipment (i.e., Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, etc.)
Special consideration will be given to any candidate who has knowledge of RF circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
Job Type:
• Full-Time. 36-hour work week divided into four days (Mon – Thur).
Pay:
• $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
